The project is to develop StarHub's B2C portal website. On the frend-end, StarHub's customers can easily manage their service plans (e.g. add/cancel services, balance query/alerts, etc.) and pay bills through this website. On the back-end, StarHub's employee can manage customer accounts and offer promotions to customers. All the operations can take effect in real-time, which is an important feature to the telecom system. The live demo of this project is http://www.pfingo.com. |

CNC is China's 2nd largest broadband and telecom operator in China (NYSE:CN). http://www.china-netcom.com
The project is to develop a roaming fee accounting system which is to anal-yze and verify the accounting data of CNC and its overseas partner telecom operators. When the CNC customers or its partner operators' customers travel among countries, the roaming fees are calculated and bills will be automatically generated. The system provides flexible configurations and comprehensive reports. Also, it has a powerful security /privacy control module which enable the administrator to manage the accounts very easily. |

Mobile Phone data synchronization system for Taiwan Far EasTone Telecommunications Co Ltd |

Far EasTone is one of the largest mobile phone operators in Taiwan (TWSE4904). http://english.fetnet.net
The project is to development a data synchronization system for mobile phones and the operator's servers. With this system, the personal data (e.g. contacts, calendar, notes, SMS) keep synchronized with the server database in real-time. Additionally, users can easily manage their personal data (e.g. edit contacts, etc.) either on mobile phone or on FarEasTone's websites. It must be mentioned that we develop a flexible and extensive framework regardless of the mobile phone's brand and model, which is a known challenging problem in this field.
